We Do Things Differently.

Our Concept and Process
First, we meet with you to determine exactly what you want to accomplish. These goals will be the driving force behind our results-centered process. Once your goals are defined, we work with you to determine what behaviors need to be changed to reach your goals. In addition, we help you identify what information your people need to develop the skills required to reach your stated goals.

Any business is only as good as the people who work there. Often people already know what to change, but need a process to help make the change. Lengthy lectures and long seminars don't work. Spaced repetition and group dynamics to help the participants develop their skills and behaviors are the keys to the success of the LMI process.

After goals are established for your organization, AUI uses a 5-Step process for change:

STEP 1 - Participants Enter The Change Cycle
You select the individuals based on the goals desired. Who are the key people whose actions determine the outcome of the goal? Groups can be configured with the assistance of a representative from Achievement Unlimited, Inc.

STEP 2 - Evaluate Performance
• Identify Performance Issues Based on Goals
• Determine Current Level of Performance
• Calculate Performance Gap

STEP 3 - Implement Action
• Develop a Dynamic Plan of Action
• Determine Method of Tracking Results
• Measure Progress As It Occurs

STEP 4 - Modify Behavior
• Identify Critical Success Factors
• Establish Key Function Indicators
• Integrate Behavior Changes Into Daily Productivity

STEP 5 - Communicate Results
• Document Return on Investment
• Identify Additional Areas for Continuing Improvement
• Implement Changes as Required


Producing RESULTS using a Plan of Action.
After helping people set specific and measurable goals, Achievement Unlimited helps them identify changes in behavior and habits required to reach these goals. The changes and the techniques required to make them are put into a Plan of Action. Participants begin immediately working in their Plan of Action to make the changes required to achieve the results they want.

Implementing the Leadership Process over several weeks offers invaluable benefits. First of all, this approach takes advantage of the time-proven principle that people learn by doing. At least 80 per cent of new ideas heard in a seminar are quickly forgotten. In the Leadership Process, participants immediately put into practice what they are learning, and new behaviors are applied directly to daily issues.

Within a short time, participants "own" their behavior changes. Long-term retention of new behavior is strengthened by everyday application. To reinforce their learning even more, participants complete weekly feedback sheets, and results are measured. Accountability is important!
