TRIAD Transform Workshop: A Personal and Professional Workshop Experience For CEOs and Decision Makers.

WHEN? Wednesday, October 29th 2008. Arrival and continental breakfast, 7:30-8:00 AM. Workshop with closing discussion period, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

WHERE? The Crowne Plaza Hotel at Valley Forge, King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Map and directions are included.

WHO? TRIAD, a consortium of three highly experienced, proven, human resource and organizational performance improvement firms. Your “Tour Guides” will be the President/CEOs of the TRIAD member organizations.

WHY? Because the scope and depth of the experience will benefit both you and your organization in many ways.  Because useful feedback is essential to growth, for individuals and for organizations; you will receive constructive, high quality feedback both personally and for your organization. Because for people with your level of responsibility, learning and improvement cannot be a “sometime thing”. It must be an “all the time thing”. Continuous adaptation is the key to survival and success, for both you and for your organization.

PREPARATION?  One hour of pre-work for the workshop is required. This maximizes the benefits of the workshop and greatly increases both the efficiency and the effectiveness of our time together. A pre-work packet is included with this invitation. We need to receive your completed pre-work by October 17th.
