Living The Company Mission Program
Developing a set strategy, mission statement, visions, values, and goals for your company is critical, but the key to success is in finding a way to integrate each of these into the everyday culture of your organization. Achievement Unlimited offers a five day off-site strategy session with you and any other owners of your company to do just that. We’ll show you how to align all of your employees with your mission, so that everyone is truly “living the company”, and making decisions in all activities that move the company forward toward its goals.
Unlimited Productivity Potential
Productivity is a simple concept: the more a person can accomplish throughout each day, the more rewarded the person feels, and the more the company benefits! The problem is that most employees are not nearly as productive as they could be. To fix this, Achievement Unlimited performs individual Personalized Productivity Assessments for each individual employee at your company, which uncovers unique attributes that may be standing in the way of their goals, both business and personal. This assessment allows us to create customized programs for each individual, helping them find ways and methods for getting the most out of their lives and their careers.
3D Learning™ Approach
In order to achieve personal and professional success, you and your employees must first change some of your current attitudes and behaviors – not an easy task on your own! Fortunately, our methodology encourages fast, thorough learning of new concepts and ideas by acknowledging that not everyone learns the same way. Some people are auditory learners, who learn best by listening; some are visual learners, who do best by reading and writing; and some are kinesthetic learners, who retain information best by “doing”. Our program utilizes each of these methods to focus on teaching new paths to development and growth, which directly relates to measurable gains for your employees and your business. We also hold monthly results management meetings with the CEO and the Management Team to review progress and analyze results.
Development, Not Training
The Achievement Unlimited program and process involves training, but our emphasis is always on development. Training involves the acquisition of specific skills and competencies, and is often about what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. Development, on the other hand, focuses on values, self-esteem, confidence levels, leadership beliefs, commitment, and motivation. At the organizational level, development deals with the creation or enhancement of processes. When transformation of people’s commitment and motivation is combined with enhanced processes, overall organizational performance is improved.

Our Wheel of Life diagram contains six spokes, each representing a different fundamental area of life : Family & Home, Financial & Career, Mental & Educational, Physical & Health, Social & Cultural, and Spiritual & Ethical. These spokes all lead to the center of the wheel to form a total person. The Wheel of Life is used throughout the program as an exercise that helps you and your employees to visualize how to build a balanced, fulfilling life.
